And move to the front of the line!
Through an exclusive arrangement between Sporty’s and Cirrus Aircraft, you could soon own a Cirrus Vision® Jet, one of the first off the line. An online auction for this exciting aircraft will take place during the week of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.
Any amount that is bid over aircraft list price including options ($1,927,653) — which amount is also the minimum bid amount — will be donated to three exceptional foundations dedicated to helping youth reach their goals, including The Sporty’s Foundation, AirSpace Minnesota and the Duluth Children’s Museum.
The Sporty’s Foundation helps to ensure that young people are exposed to the possibility of aviation, both as a career and a lifestyle. As the largest supporter of EAA’s Young Eagles and the Aviation Exploring Scholarship fund, the Foundation’s impact on youth reaching their aviation goals has been significant.
“What an opportunity this unique auction presents to jump to the front of the line for a Vision Jet,” says Sporty’s Founder and Chairman Hal Shevers. “You get a magnificent airplane while also doing good for the next generation of pilots.”
The Vision Jet reimagines personal transportation by creating a whole new category of aircraft—The Personal Jet. It’s a jet that’s designed to be flown by the owner. Not requiring a full-time professional pilot or an extensive flight department, the Vision Jet fills the untapped void between high performance pistons and the Very Light Jet.
“Simple to fly and easier to operate and own, the Vision Jet is truly a revolution in personal transportation. It makes jet performance accessible to pilots and aircraft owners who, up until now, could only dream,” says Dale Klapmeier, co-founder & chief executive officer of Cirrus Aircraft.
