New Flight Gear iPad Kneeboard Features Rotating Surface

The Slimline iPad Kneeboard from Flight Gear is the smallest, simplest solution for using a tablet in the cockpit. No bells and whistles, just a simple mounting surface for holding an iPad. An integrated low-profile rotating mechanism makes it fast and easy to go from portrait to landscape orientation on your iPad. “A rotating kneeboard is ideal for chart apps,” says Sporty’s President John Zimmerman. “You use landscape to view large sectionals or en route charts, then switch to portrait when you load an approach or airport diagram.
