Sporty’s introduces Low Profile Wood Chocks that fit all aircraft, including Cirrus and new Cessna aircraft with wheel pants low to the ground.
These Low Profile Wood Chocks stand only 1.5” tall but will keep your airplane safe and secure. These chocks are easy to spot as they are sealed against moisture with a high-visibility safety-yellow paint and are connected by a durable 18” braided nylon rope. One pair of chocks is needed for each wheel.
“You wouldn’t think technology would impact a pair of wood chocks,” says Sporty’s Vice President John Zimmerman. “But just as we redesigned our flight bags for current technology, we’ve added a chock alternative for these newer model airplanes.”
