Sporty’s Drone Study Buddy App Now Available for Android

As the drone community continues to expand, Sporty’s latest Study Buddy App is now available for Android devices. Future UAS pilots will have their studying made easier with this useful app for the Remote Pilot test.
“This app makes it easier to prepare for the written as we supply practice tests in addition to a wealth of content and an array of ways to access the content for remote pilots,” says Sporty’s Academy President Eric Radtke.
The Remote Pilot Study Buddy is organized into categories based on subject matter and includes questions, answers and detailed explanations. There are three convenient ways to review this material.
Learning Mode allows you to create custom review sessions by selecting exactly which categories you want to review. Each session randomly generates the question order, and provides instant feedback based on your answer selection. Each question also provides a detailed description as to why each answer is right. These explanations were developed by Sporty’s team of Master Instructors, based on their experience preparing for the Remote Pilot certificate.
Flashcard Mode tests your knowledge by allowing you to see only the question without the answer choices. After answering the question mentally, you can then select to show the correct answer, and self-grade your progress along the way.
Test Mode randomly generates a 60-question session from the entire database of test questions, simulating the real Remote Pilot test. After answering all the questions, you’ll be given instant results, and have the option to review either all the questions, or just missed questions. Included in the review session are the same detailed explanations for why each answer is correct.
“Another great feature of this app is that you’re given a progress report so you can see how close you are to acing the exam,” adds Radtke.
The Sporty’s Drone Study Buddy Test Prep is available for $19.99 and may be purchased in the Google Play Store. The Study Buddy is also available for the same price for iPads and iPhones in the iTunes store.
